Label by label through a Swedish casino site

Tower Casino read label by label

The lobby states 100% up to €2,000 plus 300 free spins. That total adds together three separate deposits. Below, the cashier, shelves, provider list and VIP card are read exactly as written, and we identify the places where Swedish ends: the chat box in English, the studio name ÄLG rather than ELK, and the BELOPP sort, which counts titles instead of money.

[01]What the labels on Tower Casino actually say

The Swedish surface of Tower Casino is a series of labels. Some say exactly what they should, others remain in English, and some have been machine-translated and shift meaning. This reads what is written in the lobby, shelves and sports area, not promises about the site.

The first label in the lobby

The text is easy to find and the button is in Swedish. It is an example of a correct and useful label. The figures, however, are a combined headline for a welcome ladder, not three separate options on the sign. Anyone who wants to examine the individual steps must continue to the bonus text further on.

One amount, three ways of writing it

The first formal observation is visible here: the amounts are not written the same way on two consecutive screens. The lobby puts the currency after the figure and prints €2,000. Another banner spells the currency out in letters instead. The cashier adds two decimals to the same kind of sum. That affects how each amount label should be read.

The same kind of sum reaches the reader in three forms: an abbreviation after the figure in the lobby, the currency spelled out in letters on a banner, and two decimals in the cashier.

Four chips and a truncated counter

Above the game selection are the chips LEVERANTÖRER, BÄSTA, NY and POPULÄRA. They are short, understandable labels for different ways to sort or open a shelf. Under the BÄSTA heading is the link SE ALLA (114...). It shows that a count appears in brackets, but the figure itself is truncated on screen. It is therefore not possible to read a complete total from that link alone.

The ranking from 1 to 4

The English tournament banner above top events and a row of live tables

In the same view are four game tiles with positions 1 to 4 printed on them. Two visible examples are Lucky Apple x1000 and Thunderlink Express Gold and Wild, both carrying the NY badge. The badge works purely as a new-item marker and says nothing about how the tiles have been ranked.

Where the Swedish works and where it fails

The rest of the site returns to three types of finding: correct labels, English labels on a Swedish page and machine translations that are wrong. An early example of the second type is the banner TOWER TOURNAMENTS / CLIMB TO THE TOP / COMPETE NOW. It is entirely in English despite its Swedish surroundings. It says what the tournament area means to say, but leaves the translation to the reader. The game shelf then shows the third type more clearly.

[02]The shelves, titles and figures in the provider list

The games area shows what fits in the interface and where the Swedish text breaks down. Shelves, studio selections and sports lists use many clear headings, but the content varies between truncated titles, untranslated names and automatic translations that alter the meaning.

NY is a whole shelf, not a single badge

The NY shelf with sixteen game tiles, several with translated or truncated titles

The NY shelf contains 16 tiles, and every tile has the NY badge. That makes it a clear new-items flow. Several titles are truncated by tile width: Straff Nationel..., Superpyramid..., 4 CARTS BO..., Strandprinses..., 4 Super Piggy..., Eagles 3 potte..., Alices berättel..., Aztekisk besv... and Kungliga Beell.... You therefore cannot read the full name from these tiles.

Midnattsvalv
Printed Swedish title for Midnight Vault Hold and Win.
3 Kraftmynt
Printed Swedish title for 3 Power Coins.
Ultraljud
Printed Swedish title for Ultras.

Further printed titles on the same row are Slime Bonanza, 81 Frukttrend, Fryst frukt and Mysterierån. The naming is inconsistent. Ultraljud is the Swedish word for a medical examination and appears here instead of the title Ultras. Machine translation is also visible among the other titles, while some names remain in English.

Truncation is a separate problem. A name start may identify a game, but not its full title. The same surface therefore alters some names and hides the end of others.

When a title is truncated or translated incorrectly, you cannot use the shelf as a reliable way to identify the game.

LEVERANTÖRSLISTA and a sort with the wrong word

The heading LEVERANTÖRSLISTA is followed by three controls: POPULÄR, A-Ö ↑ and BELOPP ↑. The first two can be read as popularity and alphabetical order. BELOPP, however, means an amount of money, although the control sorts the number of titles. It is a machine-translated label that does not describe the figures beside the studios.

The following table gives every printed count from the list. BGaming is selected but displays no count. A following row shows 180, but the studio name is not given in the source material.

Printed studio namePrinted title count
BGamingNo count displayed
ORYX GAMING264
NOVOMATIC196
PINGVINKUNGEN132
3 OAKS GAMING158
FUGASO GAMING103
PLAYTECH91
BELATRA603
ÄLG101
INOUT-SPEL147
1SPIN4WIN68
Studio not specified in the source material180

Under the POPULÄR sort, the counts are not in descending order. BELATRA with 603 comes, for example, after PLAYTECH with 91. At the same time, ELK has become ÄLG, Penguin King has become PINGVINKUNGEN and InOut Games has become INOUT-SPEL. The names have therefore been translated, despite being studio brands.

The controls thus promise an order that the printed list does not confirm. BGaming is marked as selected with no visible figure at all. For anyone comparing the rows, both the missing figure and the word choice BELOPP are worth reading literally.

Live casino with an incorrect lucky number

The provider list with printed title counts and translated studio names

The LIVE CASINO row lists Bet on Poker, Tur 6, 6+ Poker and Baccarat. Bet on Poker, 6+ Poker and Baccarat remain as names. Lucky 6, however, has been written as Tur 6. This is another machine translation that turns a name into a Swedish word with a different meaning.

The sports list is filled with simulated football

The sports list with simulated matches, player handles and minute-by-minute odds

The sports area is dominated by simulated or esports-style football. Teams have player handles in brackets, and matches start one to two minutes apart. The times in the displayed list run from 12/08 10:12 to 12/08 10:14. The names FC26 Tysklands Bundesliga - E-rivaler, Valkyrie Cup 2026 Vecka #33 - Rush Football and Valhalla Cup 3 2026 Vecka #33 appear in the list. Some rows have a BO badge and a streaming icon.

Two examples show both the format and the odds: Borussia Dortmund (n1k1mine) versus Eintracht Frankfurt (Aldrig) is listed at 3.66 / 5.66 / 1.42. Bayer 04 (pavjik) versus RB Leipzig (Under) is listed at 2.37 / 5.33 / 1.84. FC Barcelona (Galen) versus Real Betis (Ronin) is listed at 8.00 / 6.66 / 1.14. Most odds use a comma, but 8.00 and 1.14 use a full stop. That mixture breaks the Swedish number format within the same list.

[03]The campaigns, the ladder and what the VIP card promises

The welcome offer headline is large: 100 % UPP TILL 2 000 € + 300 GRATISSNURR. The screen does not, however, give one offer worth €2,000. It instead adds together three separate deposits. It is a ladder with a cap, minimum deposit and spins at each step.

Three deposits behind €2,000

The first, second and third steps all match 100%, but their caps differ. The minimum deposit is stated as €20 throughout the ladder. The spins are also split into batches of 25, so they do not arrive together.

StepMatchCapMinimum depositFree spins and batchesWagering requirement
1100%€500€20100, in four batches of 2535x deposit plus bonus
2100%€750€2075, in three batches of 2535x deposit plus bonus
3100%€750€20125, in five batches of 2535x deposit plus bonus

The maths in the headline is therefore 500 + 750 + 750 = €2,000. The same approach is used for the spins: 100 + 75 + 125 = 300. The wording UPP TILL 2 000 € therefore gives the combined maximum for three deposits, not the cap on the first deposit.

Each step has its own 100 percent match, but the cap rises after the first. The headline alone does not show the €500, €750 and €750 split.

100 % UPP TILL 2 000 €
A combined headline for three deposit steps, with separate caps of €500, €750 and €750.
300 GRATISSNURR
100, 75 and 125 spins across three steps, paid in batches of 25.

The spins' game and wagering

All 300 free spins are locked to Gates of Olympus 1000. The stake is €0.20 per spin. In stake terms, 300 x €0.20 = €60. This gives the amount of wagering that the spins represent, while they are shown in the interface as free spins.

The wagering requirement is stated as 35x deposit plus bonus. At step one, with a deposit of €100, the bonus is €100 because the match is 100%. The basis is then €100 + €100 = €200. The calculation on screen can be read as 35 x €200 = €7,000 in wagering.

The headline shows the total first. The 35x condition, however, covers both the deposit and the bonus, so it must be read with the individual step for the amount to be clear.

The campaign tabs and sports text

The campaigns page with tabs for casino, sport and special offers

The page has the heading KAMPANJER and four tabs: ALLA, KASINO, SPORT and SÄRSKILD. The first three indicate a standard selection or product category. SÄRSKILD, however, is a vague label. The screen does not explain what makes a campaign special or which campaigns appear there.

Under sport, the wording VÄLKOMSTERBJUDANDE SPORT 100% UPP TILL €500 + 20% BETKUP BOOST is visible, with the buttons FÅ BONUS and Detaljer. BETKUP BOOST remains as the printed mixture of a sports term and an English loanword. The same surface also shows JUBILEUMS- OCH FÖDELSEDAGSKAMPANJ UPP TILL 100 GRATISSNURR.

Another banner states STORSPELAREBONUS 50 % UPP TILL 5 000 EURO. There, EURO is written in letters, while the welcome ladder uses the euro symbol. Both can be read, but the currency is not written the same way on two consecutive screens.

The VIP card says two different things

The Skyline Patron VIP card with a monthly cap, cashback and no account manager

The VIP card is called SKYLINE PATRON. It shows Månatliga uttagsgränser 20 000 EURO with 3 of 5 diamonds filled, Återbetalning 5% with 1 of 3 diamonds filled and Personlig kontoansvarig: INGA. The action button is called STARTA RESAN.

3 av 5 diamanter
The scale appears beside monthly withdrawal limits of 20,000 EURO.
1 av 3 diamanter
The scale appears beside cashback of 5%.
Personlig kontoansvarig: INGA
The card's explicit statement about a contact person at this level.

The partly filled diamonds suggest levels above SKYLINE PATRON, but the screen does not name those levels. Two lines lower, the VIP-FÖRDELAR list promises both Personlig VIP-chef och support dygnet runt and Exklusiva erbjudanden. There is a direct contradiction on the same screen: the card says INGA personal account manager, while the benefits list promises a personal VIP manager.

SKYLINE PATRON therefore leaves the position unclear. The card's INGA and the list's promise of a personal VIP manager cannot both describe the same benefit at the same level without an explanation.

[04]The cashier: eight ways in and seven ways out

The cashier divides payments into the DEPOSITION and UTTAG tabs. The DEPOSITION tab has the buttons LOGGA IN and REGISTER. The first is Swedish. REGISTER, however, has been left in English, which breaks with the interface's other Swedish prompts.

DEPOSITION shows eight named routes

The DEPOSITION tab names eight payment routes. The table below gives them exactly as they appear on the surface, with each route name and its associated amount band.

Printed payment routeMinimum depositMaximum deposit
Visum€10.00€2,000.00
MasterCard€10.00€2,000.00
Revolut - Mastercard€10.00€2,000.00
Revolut Pay€10.00€1,000.00
Paysafecard€20.00€1,000.00
Liv€15.00€1,000.00
eZeeWallet€10.00€2,000.00
MiFinity€10.00€2,500.00

Most routes start at €10.00. Paysafecard differs at €20.00, while Liv starts at €15.00. MiFinity has the highest printed deposit cap, €2,500.00. Three routes reach €2,000.00: Visum, MasterCard and Revolut - Mastercard.

The amounts here are written with two decimals, even when they are whole euros. That is the printed form in DEPOSITION, and it differs from UTTAG, where the same type of amount is shown without decimals. The difference does not change the stated limits, but it makes the tabs appear to use different formats.

Visum

Liv
The printed label for Jetonbank.
REGISTER
An English button beside the Swedish LOGGA IN button.

Two translations miss the payment name

The cashier on the DEPOSITION tab with eight named payment routes and euro amounts

Visum is not Visa the card brand. In Swedish, visum means a document for entry, or an endorsement confirming something. As a label on a card payment, it is therefore a machine translation that changes what the word means. The card should still be recognisable from the context, but the name on screen is wrong.

Liv is likewise printed where Jetonbank is meant. Liv is an ordinary Swedish word, not the payment name belonging to the route. This is not merely a different spelling. The Swedish label hides which payment option is actually stated.

Payment routes are functional labels. When Visa becomes Visum and Jetonbank becomes Liv, the names a player may try to match with their usual payment service disappear.

UTTAG has seven bands

The UTTAG tab uses other route names and other amount limits. Here are all the bands printed for withdrawals:

Printed withdrawal routeMinimum withdrawalMaximum withdrawal
Revolut (Bank Transfer)€20€1,000
SEPA Instant€20€1,000
Banköverföring€20€1,000
Jeton€20€1,999
MiFinity€20€2,500
Bitcoin€50€5,000
Ethereum€50€5,000

Every fiat currency route on the withdrawal tab has a floor of €20. Bitcoin and Ethereum instead start at €50. Jeton stands out with the unusual €1,999 cap, while MiFinity keeps the same €2,500 maximum as on the deposit tab. Bitcoin and Ethereum have the highest printed withdrawal caps, €5,000.

The Revolut (Bank Transfer), SEPA Instant and Banköverföring rows all stop at €1,000. There are thus three distinct names but the same written range, €20 to €1,000. On the withdrawal page, only Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin and Ethereum show other caps.

The amounts cannot be mirrored route by route

Deposit and withdrawal caps do not match route by route. A player can, for example, deposit €2,000.00 with Visum, MasterCard or Revolut - Mastercard, but UTTAG shows no card route with a €2,000 withdrawal cap. A €2,000 card deposit therefore cannot be withdrawn as €2,000 through the same kind of card route on that tab.

MiFinity is the exception, where both tables show €2,500 as the cap, even though the form changes from €10.00 on the deposit page to €20 on withdrawal. Jetonbank also changes label between the tabs: it is called Liv for deposits and Jeton for withdrawals, with a €1,999 cap.

It is therefore not enough to read only the maximum amount on DEPOSITION. The withdrawal tab is a separate list, with its own minimum levels, different route labels and its own maximum amounts. The comparison needs to be made row by row, especially where a deposit label does not return under the same name at withdrawal.

The operator does not publish withdrawal processing times or withdrawal fees anywhere. This page therefore states neither a time nor a fee.

The amount fields state what each tab prints as minimum and maximum amounts. They give no information about processing time or withdrawal fees.

[05]Where the Swedish ends: support and the chat box

The contact page shows where the Swedish surface ends. A localised campaign appears above the chat box itself, but the box to use when something has gone wrong switches entirely to English. This is not a single English word in an otherwise Swedish instruction. The first contact with support happens in another language.

The form speaks English

The first line in the widget reads ”Welcome, we are excited to chat with you!”. Below it is ”* indicates required fields.”. The fields are called Name*, Last Name and Email*, and the button is called Start Chatting. There is no Swedish translation beside them, although the page around them is in Swedish.

Name*
First name is a required field.
Last Name
Last name is displayed but has no asterisk and is therefore not required in the form.
Email*
Email is the second and final required field.
Start Chatting
The button opens contact with no Swedish explanation.

The practical result is that a Swedish player first encounters an English form and then needs to switch language to be understood. Live chat is staffed in German and English, not Swedish. A simple question may be possible to write in short words. A matter concerning a bonus rule or a withheld withdrawal, however, often requires precise language: dates, amounts, the offer text shown and what actually happened.

The Swedish page therefore leads to an English-language chat, and the conversation must then take place in English or German. This is a clear break in the interface precisely where the player needs to formulate a problem accurately.

Local offer, unlocalised help

The support chat shown entirely in English in the middle of the Swedish page

Directly above the panel is the banner STORSPELAREBONUS 50 % UPP TILL 5 000 EURO. It is written in Swedish and uses an easy-to-read amount. The contrast is concrete. The sales layer is adapted, while the help layer beneath it is left in English.

This also means that someone wishing to object to a campaign sees the Swedish wording on screen, but must describe it in a chat in another language. Small differences matter in a discussion about terms. "Up to", an amount, a percentage or the name of a bonus may need to be reproduced word for word. Translating freely in the moment increases the risk that the parties are discussing different texts.

There are also few contact details to fill in. Only first name and email have asterisks. The last-name field remains as a visible but optional step. That does not mean a matter becomes simple, but it shows how little information the chat's first view collects before the player must explain the background.

Details missing before a dispute

The displayed screens publish no licence, no supervisory authority, no company name and no registered address. These are precisely the details a player may want available before opening a dispute. This page therefore gives no such details and does not guess at them.

The absence is more noticeable in the contact setting than on an ordinary campaign page. The chat only asks for first name and email as requirements. The form does not explain where a matter belongs, who is responsible for it or where a player can check the details outside the chat. That gap cannot be filled by interpreting the interface's English labels.

Write briefly and save the original

If you contact support in English, stick to dates, amounts and the exact label you saw on screen. State which bonus, deposit or withdrawal the matter concerns, without first trying to summarise everything in free wording. Take a screenshot of the wording before it changes. The original text then remains even if the banner, condition or button text later looks different.

[06]Registration step 1 of 2 and the boxes already ticked

Registration opens in a box marked REGISTRERING 1/2. It shows only part of the account flow. The first screen has only two input fields and a button to continue. At the same time, two consents beneath them are already selected.

Two fields in the first step

The form asks for E-post and Lösenord. The offer is repeated inside the box as KASINO 100 % UPP TILL 2 000 € + 300 GRATISSNURR. The button says NÄSTA STEG. The 1/2 heading shows that the details continue on a second screen, but the first screen does not preview the fields waiting there. The first step does not show all information.

REGISTRERING 1/2
The first part of a two-step flow.
E-post
One of the two visible fields.
Lösenord
The other visible field.
NÄSTA STEG
Continues to the screen the first step does not describe.

The text about €2,000 and 300 free spins is therefore a headline for the combined welcome ladder, not a single deposit. The amount consists of three parts: €500, €750 and €750. For someone reading while creating an account, this is a material difference because the form places the offer close to the email field and the next button.

The first step therefore leaves several things out of view. It does not state which additional fields appear in step two. Nor does it use a separate layout to distinguish account details, the repeated offer and the choices already made in the tick boxes. What is visible on opening is a combination of login details, campaign text and consents.

Consents that are already selected

Registration step 1 of 2 with two approvals already ticked

The first tick box is preselected. It joins a confirmation of being 18 with Villkor and Integritetspolicy. A player who leaves the box as it arrived therefore selects everything in the same action. There is no separate active choice for age, nor a separate active choice for each of the two documents.

The second box is also preselected and concerns direct marketing via e-post, SMS, samtal och andra direktmarknadsföringskanaler. Calls are explicitly included. This is broader permission than many expect to give by not clearing a box, because it includes telephone contact alongside written channels.

The boxes can be cleared. The key point is the order: the default is already a selected consent, not an empty choice awaiting an active click. The first box combines an age statement with two documents. The second treats marketing as a separate, but also already selected, consent.

Two different types of consent arrive already selected: age and documents in one box, marketing in the other. Anyone who does not actively change anything gets no separate click for the individual parts.

A small gap in the Swedish text

The words Villkor and Integritetspolicy appear run together without a space. It is a small detail, but it appears in the very line that should describe what the box concerns. The same site contains both English labels and automatic translations that alter meaning. Here it is enough to note the missing space between two document names.

An account box over teams and championships

Behind the registration box are the search field Anmäl dig till lag eller mästerskap and the tabs TOPPLIGOR and MINA LIGOR. The account flow therefore sits over an area for teams and championships. This shows a shared registration surface, not a casino-only page.

Clear anything you did not intend to accept. Read the two documents before the second step, not afterwards. Only then can an account step be separated from a marketing choice and from the combined offer text shown in the same box.

Recurring questions

How are the amounts written on the Swedish surface?

In three different forms. The welcome offer and the deposit ranges place the currency after the figure, the high-roller bonus banner spells the currency out in letters, and the DEPOSITION tab adds two decimals where UTTAG leaves them out. On the deposit page, several printed ranges start at €10.00, while other listed options start higher.

What does €2,000 mean in the registration box?

It is the combined headline for three steps in the welcome offer, not the amount for a single deposit. The steps are 100% up to €500, 100% up to €750 and 100% up to €750. Together they equal €2,000, and the combined free spins total 300. The text therefore adds together three separate deposit steps.

What does 35x mean with a €100 deposit?

In the offer's three steps, the wagering requirement is stated as 35x deposit plus bonus. With a €100 deposit, the amount therefore depends on the bonus in the relevant step. If the bonus is also €100, the basis is €200, and 35 times that is €7,000. The rule therefore counts both the deposit and the bonus.

Does support reply in Swedish?

No, live chat is stated to be staffed in German and English. The Swedish contact page also opens with a fully English form, including "Name*", "Email*" and "Start Chatting". Anyone writing a matter therefore needs to use English or German to be understood. No Swedish chat form is shown on the contact page.

Can the preselected boxes be cleared?

Yes. Both boxes are shown as ticked in the first registration step, but they can be cleared. One box covers confirmation of being 18 plus Villkor and Integritetspolicy. The other concerns marketing by email, SMS, calls and other direct marketing channels. Read the text and change the choices before continuing, because the boxes are already selected from the start.

What is the minimum deposit?

The lowest printed deposit limit is €10.00. It is shown for Visum, MasterCard, Revolut - Mastercard and eZeeWallet. Other methods have higher minimum levels, for example €15.00 for Liv and €20.00 for Paysafecard. The welcome offer's three steps instead state a minimum of €20. The limit belongs to the listed deposit methods.

Are the game and studio names on the shelves reliable?

Not always. On the game shelf, several titles have been translated automatically, and Ultraljud is used for Ultras. In the provider list, ELK has become ÄLG, InOut Games has become INOUT-SPEL and Penguin King has become PINGVINKUNGEN. Several game titles are also truncated, so the whole name cannot be read from the shelf. The names should therefore be compared with original names when necessary.

Read the sign once more before you take the offer

The headline adds three deposits together. Every step is matched at 100 percent and every step carries the same 35 times turnover on deposit plus bonus. Multiply your own deposit by 70 and see whether that total is one you would really play through.
